The field officer experience focuses on rapid data capture and assignment tracking. Given varying connectivity and high-stress environments, the UI requires robust offline capabilities, large touch targets, and unambiguous progress steps.

The Officer Dashboard greets users with a cleanly categorized view of assigned responsibilities. It separates "Active Projects" needing extraction from "Recent Uploads" awaiting validation, providing immediate situational awareness.
